		<description>Actually eating more and exercising more will not help loose the big belly and extra skin in you. Your fat will become more tight and will be hard to loose. (base on my experience). I Am still struggling to loose mine right now. :D

		<description>Amen to that.  I have a client who wants to loose weight but he keeps not following the prescribed method and keeps going back to the old walking on the treadmill and doing a few light weight reps then he gets frustrated when he sees no changes.  I reminded him today to remember how great he feels after a good hard workout instead of an easy workout - he agrees, hope to see some changes this year.

Exercise=free energy so why not do it?!  Thanks for sharing this message.</description>

		<description>I agree with you.  Exercise can help but eating less is really the best way to lose weight.  But I do like the toning that exercise provides.  It makes you look like you&#039;ve lost weight, even if you haven&#039;t.</description>

Portion-control is a great tip and very effective too. It&#039;s hard to get used to small portions for the first couple of weeks, but after that, your body gets used to the smaller amounts of food.</description>
