The trouble I find is that it's so hard to get out of a negative cycle once you're in it. And being obsessed by your negative vibes can only make things worse. I think our environments have an awful lot to do with our mentalities. I heard recently about a <a href="http://news.printerinks.com/2010/01/french-hospital-gets-ambient-with-hp.html" rel="nofollow">French hospital</a> that's improving conditions for patients with textured paintings, for example.
