There’s no doubt about it – exercising is tough. However, in order to reach our weight loss goals, exercise is an essential piece of the puzzle. Going to the gym to get in a good workout can sometimes not go as planned, and luckily for us, many of these little fitness mishaps are caught on tape so we can get a good laugh at them later.
